Our mission is to provide solutions to our customers when they need semi-finished forms of metals and engineering plastics.

We have four objectives:

a. to act as a bridge between the customer and the supplier

b. to provide a supporting role to those people who are in need of semi-finished forms of metals / steels and engineering plastics. Such people are owners of companies who take purchasing decisions themselves or they are managers of purchasing departments.

c. to provide to its customers short and long term business solutions in regard to their supply needs.

We specialize on STAINLESS STEEL in grades: 304, 304L, 310, 310S, 314, 316, 316L, 316Ti, 321, 420, 430, 430F, 630 ( 17 – 4 – PH ), 3CR12* (1.4003), 1.4304, 1.4404, 1.4509 and other grades,
and we specialize in ALUMINIUM in the alloys:
1050, 2024, 2618, 5005, 5052, 5083, 5251, 5754, 6061, 6082, 7075 in various tempers.

We are also active in other metals such as copper, brass, nickel and nickel alloys, titanium, galvanized steel, aluzinc, mild carbon steel, special alloys and engineering plastics.

FREQUENT QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS ABOUT US

Can we contact you for any kind of steel / metal ?
Yes, but please note that we specialise in stainless steels and aluminium

Is there a minimum quantity that we can order ?
No, but small quantities bear high import - transport expenses.

Can you arrange for the delivery of the materials to our warehouse ?
Yes we can arrange for the delivery to your warehouse or to whatever destination in Greece you would like your order to be delivered.

I want to import from a non E.U. country but I want to avoid all the import procedures, customs handling, import tax payments etc. Can you arrange it for me ?
Yes we can do all that and we can inform you for the relevant costs in advance before you place the order. Please note that for all the imports from a non E.U. country, the V.A.T is paid by the customer, to the state, on the date of import.

How fast can I have the goods of my order to my warehouse ?
Goods from Europe and goods at stock can be at your warehouse in less than a week. This is subject to the schedules of the transport companies and from which country the goods are shipped.

Do I get production certificates for the items I purchase ?
Yes, for each item you purchase, you receive a 3.1.B. certificate stating mechanical and chemical properties. In rare cases you can get a cert of 2.2 but this is always stated at the stage of the quotation to you. C.O.C. - certificates of conformity can be given upon request.

How can I pay ?
You can pay by any internationally accepted method of payment such as B/T ( bank transfer ), L/C ( letter of credit ), B/G ( bank guarrantee ) etc.
The way of payment is discussed before the order is placed.

How do you conduct your international business ?
We conduct our international business according to the rules of the I.C.C ( International Chamber of Commerce in Paris, France ).
